There will be no back orders, you will have to place the order again, if we are out of stock of an item. Returns We highly suggest that you sample before ordering in larger quanities. We DO NOT do returns on fragrance oils. With that being said...we know we are human, and if you receive the wrong order, we will be more than happy to replace the item. (We will of course pick up the shipping on that!) If something of that nature would ever happen, please email us or call us right away, and we will give you instructions for returns. |
